

As a Dominie user you can type sentences, fitting the context given, using the words and phrases in these "sentence frames". You can change the grammatical form of the words, and you can add other words. These will be, mainly, "grammar words" (to, on, the, because etc.). You can replace any word or words with a word or phrase of similar meaning. You may change the order of the elements but do not change the basic meaning of the sentence or add to it.
Note: in most cases there is a very large number of possible correct solutions.

You reserved a table at an expensive restaurant outside Edinburgh where you live. When you arrived you were refused entry because you were not wearing a tie. Use these sentence frames to write a letter to the manager to complain.
Dear Sir,
